With a background rooted in higher education, Greg developed a leadership philosophy centered on service, relationships, and the value of getting things right for the people you serve. That foundation and distinct perspective shapes how he runs Allied Screening today.

With experience in leading and developing large teams, client partnerships, and business development, Greg has helped shape Allied Screening into a trusted nationwide provider serving organizations across home care, healthcare, youth camps, education, and other industries. He is passionate about helping organizations build stronger teams and consistent hiring processes through reliable, compliant, and efficient screening solutions – and believes the best way to do that is through genuine, high-touch partnerships where clients feel supported at every step.

He oversees operational strategy, workflow optimization, client experience, and service delivery initiatives.

With a strong focus on efficiency, process improvement, and operational scalability, Jason plays a key role in ensuring clients receive fast, accurate, and dependable screening support. His leadership helps drive the company’s commitment to maintaining rigorous quality standards while adapting to the evolving needs of modern hiring environments.
